Focus Budget - Staying in a historic tobacco factory

Focus Budget is a former tobacco factory that has been transformed into 12 functional and colorful units. We have tried as much as possible to preserve the original atmosphere of the building. The 12 private units consist of 1 or more rooms, so that they meet the needs of travelers who stay alone or in groups, but also families will feel at home here. We also have units with kitchenettes.

Thanks to our self check-in you can arrive whenever you want, and every morning an extensive breakfast buffet, included in the price, is ready for you.

FOCUS is a family business that has been active in the accommodation sector for more than 25 years. We started with 4 hotel rooms, all decorated by artists. Over the years we have expanded and diversified our offer. This organic growth allowed it to do business in a local and sustainable way. Within our accommodations we now manage 3 buildings with 31 rooms and apartments, aimed at different target groups.

Focus Boutique has more spacious and luxurious rooms in a renovated bourgeois house.
Focus Budget is a former tobacco factory and now contains functionally and colorfully furnished rooms with families and groups as the target group.
In each of the concepts we also offer the possibility to stay for a long time, whereby the room is equipped with a kitchenette."
